The 7308 loader is spec'ed to lift about 900lbs on a TC33. So, place the 800lb object (axle) in your bucket along with another 100lbs of stuff. Make small adjustments to the pressure relief until the loader will just barely lift the load. Now, of course, we need someone to tell us where the adjustment point is.

Again have the weight uphill - perhaps fill the box scraper with the rocks you used on the way up. Or you can go down in reverse, but I don't like that choice if there is any steering to do.

Still slow to go down. Next I will detach lift rams and see if pivot points for bucket are binding. After that, I'm not sure what to do.

It goes down about two inches an hour. I can leave the 3pt up at the same time and it doesn't go down at all. Its not really dangerous because I would never go under it but it is frustrating.

Get a quoteJan 08, 2011 · There is oil bypassing somewhere in the system. Either past the seals in the cylinders or in the hydraulic connections at the loader manifold, valve or rear of tractor. To tell if it is in the loader or in the tractor, you could put the loader up, disconnct the hoses connecting loader to tractor and see if the loader drops or settles overnight again.

When I dump the bucket on the FEL it is very slow. It takes about 12-15 seconds to fully dump. Curl back is normal speed. All quick connections are fully seated.

The bucket will not stay up right for an extended period of time. It operates fine, just will not hold material if left in upright position. If put in upright position, bucket will rotate on it's own downward in about 3 minutes or so.

If a cylinder piston seal is leaking the rate of drop will gradually slow and should stop at some point as the fluid escaping past the leaking seal will eventually become pressurized on the other side of piston and with nowhere to go it should at some point stop the piston's movement.
